Cats

Hello today I want to speak about cats, in particulary cats story or cat mythology.

I have a reason it’s just because the last friday I found a cat and this cat was tha cat of my old neightboor and he was abandoned in the street while 4 years old. Of course my family and I don’t know this story before. And we choose to adopt this poor cat.

So for the mythology we know that the cat is one of the favorite animal of the ancient Egypt and apparently the cats are from the Africa.

Cat were considered like gods and hey were treated like humans. They were such important that the rich egyptians used jewels and precious stone for decorate their cat and they put in the middle of the forehead, between the eyes a jewels.

So many of this precious cat cross-eyed because the jewels were not comfortable. And it make the natural mistake of the cross-eyed for the cat.

The second myth is for The Sacred cat of Burma or we can also say the Birman, it’s a cat who is from Burma and he’s a mix between a siamese female and a chartreux male. A couple were bring in France on a boat but while the travel the male died. The female have the kitty in France.

To finish, in the Middle age the surch find in the cat the devil. Indeed they can see in their eyes the light reflecting and the surch considered this that an evil things, like the flames of hell. So to kill the evil

they burned lot of cats. Especially the black cat but if a black cat have a with tache on his torso it considered like a sign of angels and the protection of god so they don’t kill him.
